New Zealand’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has secured a guilty objection if it concerns an alleged Ponzi program that includes nearly $ 4 million.
Thomas Alexander Kokouri Tuira (also known as Alex Tuira) has introduced guilty reasons in two representative charges of deceiving acquisition before the start of his trial.
Aroha’s wife Awhinanui Tuira has admitted that he is not guilty. Her trial is scheduled to start Monday at Christchurch’s High Court.
