PayroC Worldaccess, LLC, North America’s Payment Technology Provider, announced today the signing of a definitive agreement on the acquisition of Bluesnap, an orchestration of Boston -based payments and ARTA automation platform.

This strategic acquisition unites Payroc’s direct connection to all the US, Canada and Puerto Rico and transforms Payroc’s capabilities by adding Bluesnap’s strong capabilities.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025 and is subject to regulatory approval and other common elements.

The acquisition creates a consolidated acquisition of electricity production that offers both world card processing and ebanking capabilities to traders, ISVs and built -in technology partners such as:
