Payroc, a payment platform and the merchant, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Bluesnap, a Boston -based payment platform and Ar Automation.

The transaction, announced for the first time following a definitive agreement on July 31, 2025, is now closed and the technology and the Bluesnap team will begin to operate as part of Payroc effectively.

The Strategic Union concentrates on Payroc’s direct connection capabilities with the built-in built-in built-in solution for built-in pricing and automation of accounts. Customers and ISVs will gain access to local acquisition in basic markets, consolidated work flows for billing and reconciliation and tools focused on growth needed to reduce world market time.

“This narrow marks an important milestone for Payroc,” said Jim Oberman, chief executive of Payroc. “With the Bluesnap built -in integration mattress into the acquisition network, we can provide global CNP coverage and automated scale requirements, while continuing to offer the high -level service that our partners expect.”

“This is a change of change for our customers,” added Gavin Cicchinelli, president of Bluesnap. “They will gain gradual distribution and enhanced resources to accelerate global innovation, supported by the deep relationships we acquire Payroc and the first approach.”
