Starting this year, SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC) will be rolled out to all Saxo Bank partners specializing in multi-asset investments, and Webconnect will be retired.

To help you with this transition, Saxo invites you to familiarize yourself with the platform by connecting SPC with your Webconnect credentials (all users already have at least basic access). You can also use this manual.

SPC has a built-in case management tool that can be used to escalate cases to Saxo and this feature will replace P-codes. Case management helps users raise cases seamlessly and users will have an overview of all cases initiated by themselves and their colleagues.

Access: You can grant your users access to case management using SaxoTools. see the ‘Access Management User Guide’ manual in SaxoTools for more information on how to configure user roles for SPC.

Saxo will soon be releasing a new margin screen which will show your clients that they are subject to margin re-ratings or margin changes and the impact this may have on their margin usage. This tool will replace the service emails you may receive from your account manager on a weekly basis and allow you to monitor the potential risk of upcoming changes and proactively contact affected customers.
