
Six today they announced that the Board of Directors has made a series of appointments to the team’s executive council.
Tomas Kindler was appointed as head of exchanges and a member of the Executive Board in force on June 1, 2025. He has kept this role on a temporary basis since January 1, 2025, after the appointment of BJørn Sibbern as CEO.
Tomas Kindler has played the role of temporary exchanges head from January 1, 2025. He served as heads of operational offices-where he was generally responsible for business management, businesses and change in all exchanges of six-and as head of X-Clear, among other leaders. He participated in six in 2011 and had previously had various higher roles in the financial market infrastructure.
Tomas Kindler is a Swiss-German double citizen and holds a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in Durham, as well as a degree in Administration and Engineering from the University of Technology in Hamburg.
Rafael Moral Santiago has been appointed as head of mobile values and a member of the Executive Committee in force on June 1, 2025. He will succeed José Manuel Ortiz, who will return to his previous role as head and repetition clearance after the intermediate leadership of the business unit.
Rafael Moral Santiago, the Incoming Mobile Services, served as a global head of HSBC’s Mobile Services for HSBC, based in Hong Kong, where he led the regional strategy and the coordination of the bank’s mobile services in all local markets. He had previously held other leadership positions for HSBC both in Hong Kong and London, including the head of mobile values for Europe as well as for Asia -Pacific & Mena. Before joining HSBC, he spent more than a decade in various roles in Deutsche Bank in Germany, USA and Singapore.
A Spanish citizen, Rafael Moral Santiago, graduated from the Hhl Leipzig School of Administration and watched the Insead MBA and international executive programs.
Fabienne-Anne Rehulka, Six General Advisor, was appointed as a full member of the Executive Board.
Fabienne joined the Six in June 2024 as the team’s general adviser and member of the extensive executive council. It has over 20 years of legal and regulatory as well as significant leadership experience.
