Cyprus-based Retail FX and CFDs broker SquaredFinancial has announced that it has hired Hong Kong-based executive Francis Lee as the firm’s new head of Asia, to accelerate regional growth. The company said this strategic move is part of its expansion plan to strengthen presence in key Asian markets.

Francis Lee brings over two decades of extensive experience in international finance, with a focus on Asian markets. He has been with the UAE-based ADSS Group since 2015, working as Managing Director of ADS Securities Hong Kong, leading the group’s overall strategic development and business operations in the Asia-Pacific region. He also served as China Regional Head of Business for Saxo Bank and Managing Director, APAC for FXCM. Francis Lee is also a published academic, author and adjunct professor at Fu Jen Catholic University.

In his new role, Lee will lead SquaredFinancial’s business in Asia, building and expanding teams and driving strong growth and building a solid market position.
