
According to previous announcements of management changes in Worldline, the company has confirmed that Srikanth Seshadri assumed the role of head of financial operation and the executive member of September 8, 2025.
Srikanth Seshadri is an experienced global funding leader, with extensive experience in financial control, corporate funding and funding. Its background, shaped by Audit & Risk Consulting at Arthur Andersen and leadership roles in complex international environments in Alstom, will be the key to driving and rationalizing efforts in Worldline.
It replaces Gregory Lambertie who decided to leave Worldline to pursue other opportunities.

Srikanth Seshadri began his career at Arthur Andersen and spent 5 years in control as well as technological counseling in India. Since 2002, she has been with Alstom, who lives in France, Switzerland, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
In 2014, it led to funding and then the Asia -Pacific strategy -Singapore before returning to Europe to head the M&A Group from 2019 to 2023, it was a CFO divisional for global vertical, digital and integrated systems. It had contributed to the introduction of performance measurements that led to growth, profitability and cash production. This included the integration after the merger of Bombardier’s signaling operation after being acquired by Alstom, bringing the expanded perimeter to a common funding framework, including convergence of products.
Since 2023, he was the head of Alstom’s Treasury & Financing and played a key role in releasing the company, stabilizing the prospects of investment quality in a recovery state.
Srikanth holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, he is a chartered accountant, with Inead executive training.
