State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT) today announced the appointment of Terri Dempsey as Country Head of Ireland. Ms Dempsey will oversee service delivery and strategy for all State Street operations in Ireland and will report to Executive Vice President Cuan Coulter.
Ms. Dempsey moves into the country head position previously held by Tadhg Young, who recently took over as head of State Street’s global client division and is now based in Boston.
Dempsey began her tenure at State Street in 2005 and has held various senior positions. Most recently, she was responsible for the global operational delivery teams and served as interim head of State Street Funds Services (Ireland) Limited. Having spent more than 25 years in the Irish financial services industry, Dempsey brings deep operational, governance and management experience to her new role.

Tadhg Young has served as head of Ireland since 2018 and recently took on the role of head of State Street’s global clients, where he manages some of the largest and most complex clients around the world.
