MyFlashFunding has confirmed that a large number of its merchants have experienced late payments from the item retailer.
We had reported a few weeks ago that MyFlashFunding had been removed from prop trading comparison site Propfirmmatch.com, with Propfirmmatch reporting that many customers had reported declined payments and customized customer accounts. MyFlashFunding blamed what it called a “data feeding issue” that created an unusually favorable environment for merchants, leading the company to adjust some customer accounts and deny payments.
Last weekend, MyFlashFunding CEO Blake Carter shared the following message on Discord regarding the issue of client payments:
Payment announcement @everyone
We fully understand that there have been some rumors and negative perspectives related to payments.
Right now there are less than 50 merchants waiting for their payment and the longest anyone waits is two weeks, not a month as people say.
We will continue to pay each merchant one by one (in order) this week as we have done for the past two weeks.
While the streaming issue was addressed, in our eyes, correctly, some in the audience didn’t think so, which we fully understand. In resolution, this caused us to walk away from many affiliates with negative reactions in the eyes of the public.
Business has continued as usual and we are in a much better position than some traders are promoting/speculating.
We appreciate your incredible patience. We are so excited to be back to same day payments.
As a side note, sending threats is not the answer and may result in removal from our community. We are all humans. We are all trying to get to the same place. Love is the answer and so many of you have continued to support us during these times.
I am so proud of MYFF and what we have done, and the last 4 weeks will not define us.
Thank you all for absolutely everything. ⚡️
