
Gland, Switzerland-based online banking and trading company Swissquote (SWX:SQN) announced that at today’s regular General Meeting, its shareholders voted in favor of all proposals proposed by the company’s Board of Directors.
In particular, the shareholders approved:
- the dividend distribution of CHF 4.30. This will be paid on May 16, 2024.
- the re-election of all current members of the Board of Directors, namely Markus Dennler (Chairman), Jean-Christophe Pernollet, Beat Oberlin, Monica Dell’Anna, Michael Ploog, Paolo Buzzi, Demetra Kalogerou and Esther Finidori. Beat Oberlin, Monica Dell’Anna and Paolo Buzzi were also re-elected as members of the Remuneration Committee.
- Swissquote Sustainability Report 2023, which serves as a report on non-financial matters newly required by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
