Circle Internet Financial announced that it has confidentially filed a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its proposed initial public offering of its equity securities.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
The initial public offering is expected to take place after completion of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s review process, subject to market conditions and other conditions.
