The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CEC) has decided to revoke the license of the Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) of Stockstech Investments Ltd.
The decision, which was announced by the regulator today, was taken at a meeting of the CySEC held on 8 April 2024. It was taken in accordance with Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and Article 4 paragraph 7 of Directive DI87-05.
CySEC notes the company’s decision to expressly renounce its authorization.
According to the CySEC website, Stockstech Investments Limited operates through the following authorized domains: www.stocks.com and www.stockstech.com.
Also today, the Greek Cypriot Authority withdrew AAA Trade’s CIF license. This regulatory action reflected the company’s decision to revoke its license.
