The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has revoked the licenses of KBFS Financial Limited (KBFS), preventing the company from providing financial services.
KBFS has failed to engage with the FCA in an open and cooperative manner. KBFS also failed to pay remedies awarded to former members of the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS) by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you have been advised by KBFS or its manager, Kathryn Brown, to transfer outside the BSPS, or you have an existing complaint about KBFS and/or Kathryn Brown to the Financial Ombudsman, make a claim with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) .
You don’t need a claims company or solicitor to make a claim with the FSCS. They are independent and their service is free. You will keep 100% of the compensation you are owed when you claim directly with them.
If you are a KBFS client, you can discuss your investments with your provider or investment platform.
