VSA Capital Group Plc, an International Investment Banks and Mediation Society, announced today that its president, Mark Steeves, briefed the Board of Directors of his intention to remain at the end of the upcoming annual general meeting of the company.

Consequently, he will not offer himself for re -election as Director at the Annual General Assembly.

Mark Steeves began his professional career as a master before becoming a common owner of a maritime counseling and management company sold to Aminex PLC. After the sale, he ran the supply and oil business of Aminex, Amossco Ltd.

In 2002, he joined the brokers of HSBC Insurance as a business development manager, eventually became head of the energy, then head of Africa, before HSBC who sold her insurance subsidiary in March 2010.

Mr Steeves then founded Samphire & Associates Ltd, a consulting and consulting services that focus on African -related businesses. He has served on the Board of Directors of a series of companies, such as the Nigerian British Business Council (2007 to 2009), Counseling Advisory Advisory Advisory Advisory Council of South African Bee, Woman Onter Moshe Capital (2016 to 2021).

In November 2019, Mark Steeves was appointed to serve as a non -executive chairman of the VSA Capital Board of Directors. And in December 2023, he was appointed president of AIM who is listed Energypathways Plc.

Since June 2020, Mark Steeves was approved by FCA to execute the president of the SMF9 of the administration.

Mark Steeves will succeed Mark Thompson, who will become president of the company after completing the upcoming annual general meeting.
