The conviction of Ponzi Scammer Renwick Haddow is to be rescheduled again, according to documents submitted to the southern New York Court of New York on June 23, 2025.

The government is calling that Haddow’s condemnation scheduled for today for July 18, 2025, to be postponed for about 90 days to facilitate the defendant’s continued cooperation in the government’s efforts to lose and regain assets to foreign jurisdictions.

As previously revealed, the defendant continues to attempt to clear or otherwise transfer real estate or other assets to foreign jurisdictions, including Morocco and the Bahamas, among others.

The government notes that facilitating this complex process of recovering assets with a domestic and foreign councilor – and the possible recovery of several millions of dollars to loss and restoration of the victims – would be more difficult and time consuming if the defendant would be sentenced.

Renwick Haddow admitted guilty on May 23, 2019, in one counts every conspiracy of fraud and cables associated with the Bar Works program and one counts any conspiracy to fraud and cable fraud associated with the Bitcoin Store program – a separate investment project that includes Bitcoins.

Haddow was accused by a complaint in June 2017 for the deception of victims, making material misleading and embezzlement of investment funds in the Bitcoin Store and Bar Works Inc, as well as related entities it controls.

From November 2014 to June 2017, Haddow requested investments in booting companies that created and controlled, including the Bitcoin Store-Mia alleged online platform for the purchase, sale and storage of the digital currency known as “Bitcoin” A company that adapts former restaurants, bars and other locations to partners. When they do so, Haddow made material misleading statements about, among other things, the management, businesses and historical performance of these companies.

In July 2017, Haddow was arrested in Morocco based on a temporary arrest warrant for participation in these systems.
