The Board of Directors of the IG Group Holdings PLC (LON: IgG) announced today that Wu Gang, non -executive director of IG, was appointed as non -executive director of Coats Group PLC, as a result of July 1, 2025.
In addition, Wu Gang will participate in the Committee on Applications and the remuneration committee.
Wu Gang has a powerful strategic and financial consulting background and a plethora of international experience gained from a career over 25 in the investment banking in Asia and Europe.
Wu Gang held senior leadership positions in several top China -based companies and global financial services companies, including the establishment and guidance of the European Investment Banking Team in Citic CLSA Securities, the International Investment Banking Platform. Before that, it led to M&A and General Industrials Customer Customer Customer Groups at ICBC International. He also holds upper levels in the Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and London.
Wu Gang started its investment banking career at Goldman Sachs.
It has an MBA from Insead, a MA from Soas and a BA from Fudan University.
