
The Argendex Group Plc (Lon: Agfx) announced that Tim Rudman, a temporary chief executive, resigned and left the Board of Directors on Monday, July 21, 2025.
Tim Rudman’s experience includes 12 years in Worldfirst, where operational and technology teams escalated to serve tens of thousands of customers, culminating in the successful sale of the business to Ant Financial. He then held central roles in the Global Reach Group and Verto.
Initially from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Tim Rudman began his business trip to the United Kingdom in 2007.
The Argetex Board of Directors has confirmed that it has decided to appoint managers to the company and in some other subsidiaries of the group.
Tim Rudman officially joined the Argetex board on May 5, 2025.
Jim Ormonde resigned as CEO of Argetex on April 25, 2025.
