The United States’ National Futures Association (NFA) has just released information about its recent enforcement actions.

On February 27, 2024, the NFA’s Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against Trading.com Markets Inc. (Trading.com). The complaint charges Trading.com with failing to submit timely daily financial reports, daily trading reports and monthly financial reports.

The complaint also charges Trading.com with failing to comply with FDM’s internal financial controls and oversight.

On May 8, 2024, the NFA BCC issued a Decisionaccording to Trading.com’s settlement offer, which ordered Trading.com to pay a $50,000 fine.

The BCC Decision also ordered Trading.com to cease and desist from violating Sections 11(e), 13(a) and 15 of the NFA Financial Requirements. and NFA Compliance Rules 2-36(e) and 2-48(a).
