Following recent strategic investments made by Citi and BNP Paribas, fintech buyout umbrella group United Fintech has named Troels O. Lindblad as CFO and Rasmus Bagger as CCO, while Marc Levin is moving up to CEO of Athena Systems in management restructuring. Management changes are being made to adopt even more customer-centric ways of working, says United Fintech CEO Christian Frahm.
Changes include:
- Netdania CEO Rasmus Bagger moves to become CCO of United Fintech.
- Athena CEO Luis Otero to United Fintech CTO.
- United Fintech Partner Marc Levin to Athena CEO.
- United Fintech Head of M&A and Financing Troels O. Lindblad to United Fintech CFO.
- United Fintech Head of Strategic Transformation & Execution Elizabeth Missfeld to Chief of Staff United Fintech.
- United Fintech Managing Director of Strategic Accounts Darren Coote to CEO of CobaltFX.
- United Fintech Sales Executive George Govier-Rosenvold to CCO of Netdania.
