FD Technologies (LON:FDP) announces that Virginia Gambale, who is approaching the ninth anniversary of her appointment to the Board, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as Group Non-Executive Director with effect from from December 29, 2023.
Non-executive director Ayman Sayed will assume the role of Senior Independent Director.

“Virginia has been a valuable member of the board for the past nine years and has contributed significantly to the Group’s strategy, where the Group has benefited from her deep expertise in financial services, technology, cloud, data and artificial intelligence. She also makes a significant contribution to the operation of the Board and its Committees, most recently acting as Senior Independent Director, Independent Human Resources Director and Chair of the Nominating and ESG Committee. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I thank her for her efforts and wish her well in her future endeavours.”
Ms. Gambale joined the board of FD Technologies in March 2015.
She is a Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, where she operates globally as a consultant and advisor, focusing on growth and innovation strategies for both mid-market and large technology and technology service companies and as an advisor to startups. Ms. Gambale has served on over 20 public and private boards including: JetBlue, Motive, Piper Jaffray, Workbrain, Synchronoss Technologies and IQ Financial, among others.
