Trading and Execution Services Virtu Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: Virt) and Limina, a cloud-native investment management provider, announced a strategic partnership on the Virtu platform today.

Virtu’s Tradeops is an improved, consolidated platform that covers the customer settlement and payment requirements. Designed and designed specifically for the automation of after Trade work flows, including matching and distribution settlements, the processing with the exception of Tradeops is designed to significantly reduce settlement delays, financial sanctions and workload for Buyside businesses.

Combined with the Cloud-Native Management System and Limina’s (O/PMS) portfolio management system, this collaboration allows Buyside businesses to access a fully built-in-back flow work flow.

The collaboration has welcomed Cliens’ first joint client, who now benefits from the capabilities of Virtu’s Traduops using DTCC-CTM via Limina’s platform.

“We are excited to work with Limina to deliver a comprehensive and modern flow of work for our customers Tradeops,” said Pegah Esmaeili, head of the Scandinavian area at Virtu. “This integration supports our mission to provide expandable, external commercial solutions, working with innovative local businesses, such as Limina-that allows us to effectively expand market products to customers throughout the area.”

Prem Balasubramanian, head of Virtu’s Traduops platform, emphasized that recent post -trade changes, such as displacement to T+1 and the SWIFT MT migration have introduced new business challenges for Buyside businesses. “By providing rational and effective solutions tailored to customer needs, we can significantly reduce business weight and allow businesses to redefine what really matters: investment management and driving performance.” PREM also added that “working with Limina is a pleasure.

“This collaboration was an obvious option to further enhance the possibilities of completing Limina’s order management system, not only in DTCC CTM but in all areas associated with Virtu Traduops, including Swift and others,” says Kristoffer Fürst, Limina’s chief executive.

“The comprehensive solution offered by Virtu and Limina Cliens helps us expand our process, giving time to more productive tasks that add value to our client,” says Martin öqvist, CEO of Cliens.
