Webull Corporation today announced its launch in the Brazilian market.
With more than seven years of experience in the global market and brokerage services in ten other countries, Webull will offer Brazilian investors a new choice and approach to access the stocks, ETFs and other investment opportunities available in the US market.
The Webull platform offers affordable trading costs and advanced features to help users maximize their trading potential by providing easy and instant access to the US markets. To be closer to its customers, Webull has created a local office in São Paulo that offers specialized staff and support in Portuguese.
Ruben Guerrero, CEO of Webull Brazil and head of Latin America for Webull, said:
“Our entry into the Brazilian market follows the successful launch of the Webull platform in several global markets over the past three years. With a latent market interested in investing abroad, we designed Webull’s Brazilian platform locally to take into account the needs and preferences of Brazilian retail investors who will be using our app. We are confident in Brazil’s significant potential and look forward to expanding our product offerings to meet the needs of Brazilian investors.”
Anthony Denier, Chairman of the Webull Group, added:
“We are excited to introduce the Webull Brazil app to Brazilian investors and build on our success in other global markets. The application is designed to meet the needs of investors who require more comprehensive and in-depth analytical capabilities without compromising reliable and efficient trade execution. Webull’s Brazilian private investors will now have the opportunity to experience a truly new way of investing.”
Brazilian clients will access the US markets through Webull Financial LLC, a subsidiary of Webull and a member of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
In a demonstration of its long-term commitment to the Brazilian market, Webull recently signed an agreement to acquire Brazilian brokerage HH Picchioni S/A Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários, a trusted name in the Brazilian financial scene for more than 50 years. Completion of the acquisition is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
