The Worldline Payment Service Provider has announced changes to its Executive Committee today.

Madalena Cascais Tomé will take on the role of head of financial services, which has been in force on October 1, succeeding Alessandro Baroni, who has decided to leave Worldline to seek other opportunities. In recent years, Madalena has served as CEO of SIBS, one of the top European payment players between thesis. It will be based in Paris.

Anika Grant will participate as the new Worldline Officer, which is in force on September 1st. He succeeds Florence Gallois, who has decided to leave the world line to pursue other opportunities. Anika will be based in Paris and bring a plethora of international experience in digital and transformation environments, holding HR’s superior Uber leadership roles and as a head of Ubisoft.

Srikanth Seshadri will be the new financial director of Worldline, from Effective September 8, replacing Gregory Lambertie who decided to leave Worldline to pursue other opportunities. Srikanth is an experienced global finance leader, with extensive experience in financial control, corporate funding and funding. Its background, shaped by Audit & Risk Consulting at Arthur Andersen and leadership roles in complex international environments in Alstom, will be the key to driving and rationalizing efforts in Worldline.
