Poland is based on the retail trade of FX and CFDS Broker XTB (WSE: XTB) announced that the company has hired long -term Oanda Bartosz Osiński as a member of the Board of Directors.
Bartosz Osiński will be responsible for supervising the XTB risk management system.
Bartosz Osiński, who is based in Warsaw, joins XTB after spending for the last 11 years on the Polish TMS Polish broker. TMS was acquired by Oanda in 2021 and since then Bartosz has served as a member of the Board of Directors and head of financial risk for TMS Oanda. Oanda itself was acquired earlier this year by the Czech -based retailers company FTMO.
Prior to joining TMS / Oanda, Bartosz Osiński was a specialist at the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority in the Licensing and Functional Supervisory Department.
